Joe is an experienced and certified Urban Designer/Master Planner and has helped create sustainable, resilient, and memorable places and cities, including complex, high-profile, large-scale, and time-critical projects in 42 US states and 32 countries on six continents. He works closely with national leadership to expand the firm’s Mixed-Use practice with a focus on the Texas and Southwest markets. Additionally, he serves as a firmwide planning and urban design resource.
