With more than 30 years of experience focused on justice facilities, Rick specializes in master planning, design, schematic drawings, design development, and construction documentation for detention, correction institutional, and judicial facilities for federal, international, state, and local governments. At NELSON, he works on every facet of justice design, developing a strong background in the master planning, conceptual and detailed design, and construction administration of many courthouse, detention, corrections, and public safety projects.
