This interconnected ten-story office tower boasting two, five-story wings is home to Eaton Corporation’s headquarters. The global power management company had been operating from three separate facilities, and needed a new, refreshed workplace that would connect employees within a single complex. With 103,000 employees globally and more than 1,000 employees working out of the Cleveland office alone, our team brought the company’s vision of a collaborative work environment to life by delivering a cutting-edge 600,000 sqaure-foot complex.
The new facility offers elevated amenities including a conference center, training and wellness facilities, and a customer experience center. Structured walkways and terraces offer more connectivity throughout, and a five-level atrium in the main lobby makes a bold first impression. The curved structure is surrounded by a terraced garden, pond feature, and preserved forest. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer panoramic views of both natural surroundings, downtown Cleveland, and Lake Erie.
Designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability including solar panels that provide supplemental power to the building, Eaton Center achieved LEED Gold certification. The new, state-of-the-art facility is a grand retreat for the growing company.
