In response to demand for state-of-the-art multifamily options in burgeoning Huntsville, Alabama, Daniel Corporation entrusted our design team with crafting a magnificent resident experience for The Watts at Hampton Cove. The result would birth a true marvel: a 22-acre, 600,000-square-foot, seven-building haven that caters to its residents by offering an exquisite blend of contemporary design and lavish comforts, aligning with the rapid growth of this thriving city.
This project had a clear vision: to create a sophisticated and elegant community immersed in natural beauty that blends seamlessly with the surrounding area. The seven-building complex, consisting of 336 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, sits front-row along the Flint River just south of Downtown Huntsville.
As residents enter the community, they are immediately greeted by a sense of arrival and grandeur. The 7,500-square-foot clubhouse, stands as a stunning architectural focal point with a rustic barn inspiration. The design integrates seamlessly with its surroundings, offering unobstructed, panoramic views that create a sense of harmony between the built environment and nature.
The amenities at The Watts at Hampton Cove are designed to provide residents with a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle. In addition to a pristine resort-style pool with a sundeck and a state-of-the-art fitness center, the development boasts a pet spa, beautifully manicured landscaping, and close proximity via a bridge that connects over the creek to a nature preserve and walking trails.
