Sprint customers were looking for more clarity and transparency in sales and service. To meet these expectations, we partnered with the brand to develop and design a new store prototype that would meet customer expectations and offer a more interactive and engaging in-store experience.
The new design caters to multiple customer journeys with dedicated zones that inform and help guests navigate the store more intuitively. Lighting strategically guides customers to key points of engagement where products are paired with interactive media. Touch screens in a comparison studio allow side-by-side reviews of plans and devices, merging behaviors of online shopping with the physical store, supporting informed selection. Large multimedia screens can be activated by staff for demonstrations and classes, creating additional education opportunities and energizing the entire space. Various lounge spaces are scattered throughout the store for customers to relax and play games while they wait for their service.
