We created a mixed-use urban neighborhood complete with housing, restaurants, and retail space in the middle of a well-known industrial neighborhood in downtown Nashville known as The Gulch. The goal was to design the condominiums to appeal to urban dwellers seeking upscale residences with luxury amenities.
Sitting on 26,000 square feet of first floor retail, 418 residential units are contained within mid- and high-rise towers, and an embedded six-story parking structure provides space for 880 vehicles. The center high-rise tower offers panoramic views on the Music City, while a breathtaking pool and community patio with grills take over the ninth floor. Other placemaking and amenities throughout the space include a modern fitness center, outdoor lounges and gathering areas, water features, and a community room with multimedia and billiard tables.
This award-winning mixed-use village is valuable to the up–and–coming neighborhood and continues to attract residents looking for luxury amenities and easy access to nearby shopping and dining.
