We worked with Hilton to create a new brand from scratch. The brand clearly identified a significant gap in the hotel market – an extended-stay solution for guests. The challenge was to design and create another Hilton brand to fill this niche. Through a series of brainstorming and work sessions with key stakeholders, we helped Hilton bring the new brand Home2 Suites by Hilton to life in less than one year. Our team was involved throughout the entire process including the name generation, identity development, customer experience, and exterior brand expression. 

The strategy and design of the innovative brand is an overwhelming success and is considered one of Hilton’s fastest growing brands. Home2 Suites is known for its homey guestrooms that provide space for working, entertainment, in addition to a closet and storage. Public spaces allow guests to spend time outside of their rooms with outdoor seating areas, fitness centers, walking courses, work zones, a laundry room with a waiting area, and more. The savvy, extended-stay hotel has hundreds of hotels with more in the pipeline and offers a home away from home for long-term guests.
