Greenfield first came to NELSON in 2014 to apply minor finishes and recommend changes to an existing deli space called D. Brian’s located on the skyway level of downtown Minneapolis. However, during this process, it became apparent to the client as well as NELSON that a brand and restaurant refresh were in order to better reflect the authenticity of the restaurant’s healthy food and impeccable service.

The NELSON team made design suggestions to create a sleeker, more classic environment that allowed the food to be the focus of the restaurant. From this, the concept of Greenfield Natural Kitchen was born.
