We partnered with this technology client to launch their new customer experience center in Seattle. The goal was to create a state-of-the-art center that would provide an elevated experience for both top executive clients and prospects, but also allow for robust training and a supportive environment for applications developers and software engineers.
The 5,000 square-foot space delivers a “wow” factor right from the beginning, with 12 55-inch monitors that create an interactive video wall and welcome guests inside. The center provides flexible meeting areas with large training rooms that seat up to 60 people, in addition to intimate lounges for private one-on-one conversations.
Smaller focus booths with technology are scattered throughout and various larger conference rooms with built-in video conferencing capabilities offer the opportunity to educate guests and train employees on the technology and software. The elevated, flexible design makes the space both approachable and timeless, providing the brand with a differentiated work environment that is anything but ordinary.
