We were tasked with repositioning and updating the AT&T Tower to retain current tenants and appeal to a newer, more mobile workforce through innovative design solutions and re-branding. The goal was to create a bold new identity for a well-known and established property in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The lobby, which previously housed a security desk and seating area, is transformed from a nondescript space into a modern, hip café environment. By bringing in a local coffee shop, the lobby exudes a relaxed, welcoming and friendly atmosphere with an authentic community connection. The space further benefits from a variety of seating choices, from bar-style to communal tables and comfortable armchairs placed around an inviting fireplace.
The result is a lively, social atmosphere to draw in visitors at the ground level, and a desirable third-space amenity to building tenants.
