Financial Operations
As the Director of Financial Operations, Tiffany oversees invoicing and all things project accounting. She also provides budget and financial analytics to leadership. Before joining the Finance team in 2016, Tiffany worked in Operations and Account management at NELSON, giving her a diverse viewpoint on all aspects of the organization and polished her problem-solving skills. Prior to joining the firm, Tiffany worked in Public Accounting. Tiffany earned an MBA from Dominican University and brings 15 years of experience to her role.
