Mike is a Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Personnel and Industrial Relations, Cum Laude, he received his SPHR certification in 2005 and SHRM-SCP in 2015. He’s a strong believer that Human Resources is a true business partner and can directly impact the bottom line of any organization. In his role he is expected to be as creative and dynamic as the designers who work at NELSON, and our HR Department does its best to create and maintain a culture in which creativity thrives and our teammates can do what they do best every day.
