We partnered with Subway, the largest restaurant chain in the world, to help them reinvent the guest experience across multiple formats and regions. We helped create a successful and universal brand refresh, relevant across all cultures, and one that truly celebrates the fresh ingredients they prepare every day.  

Based on insights from international research, global brand partners, and consumer conversations, we created a new brand experience that connects with all of Subway’s global regions. The space allows Subway to reclaim its heritage of “fresh” by highlighting bread baking, fresh ingredient preparation, and ingredient presentation. The physical space aligns with the digital experience providing a seamless guest experience with dedicated pick-up, carry-out, and kiosk ordering.
