We partnered with Skaltek, a Swedish coil packaging company, to design their U.S. headquarters in Cumming, Georgia.
Positioned on 38 acres of land, the bold, geometric structure stands on stilts and creates a striking hillside beacon. The oversized height of the building, its floor-to-ceiling windows, and skylights offer access to sunlight and panoramic views of nature.
The complex features 40,000 square feet of manufacturing floor and 11,000 square feet of office space. Grounded by the company’s transparent philosophy, the workspace area is completely open concept. Glass walls separate the work area from the manufacturing space, so onlookers can watch product testing, research development, and assembly.
