We refreshed the main lobbies and amenity spaces of Premier Plaza, a complex located in Atlanta’s central border, an area known for its proximity and easy access to mass-transit. The goal was to enhance the two adjacent buildings and its shared courtyard. With thoughtful design and smart solutions, we revitalized the main building lobbies, fitness center, and conference center to make a lasting impression.
Impactful palettes, fixtures, and materials distinguish the overall design while creative furniture solutions activate the space. The lobby serves as a collaborative, secondary workspace and a rotating artwork display with installations from local artists keeps it fresh. The creative design solution elevates the property, creating a space that appeals to new and existing tenants.
