Our long standing partnership with Hershey’s boasts a diverse portfolio of iconic, experiential projects including Hershey’s Chocolate World in Times Square. The goal was to embrace the legacy of the brand’s founder Milton Hershey while showcasing innovation, imagination, and originality—as well as highlight individual hero experiences for each of their iconic brands.

This one-of-a-kind destination blends the vibrancy of Times Square through bright colors and lights, while honoring Hershey’s original Pennsylvania factory with wood beam ceilings and industrial-like wall fixtures. Kisses and other chocolates hang from the ceiling with balloon ties to hint at one of New York City’s most iconic events, The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The recessed L-shape corner of the store, initially perceived as a “dead zone”, is now home to the S’mores Experience. A giant camper located at the back of the store serves up custom made s’mores where guests can relax, recharge and enjoy a sweet snack. An exposed Hershey’s Kitchen in the front of the store serves as an eye-catching focal point for tourists wondering Times Square. Our design engages guests along an unforgettable journey at the sweetest place on Earth.
